 Last weekend 11th July Fishguard took part in the Area Rowing Competition at Cumberland Basin in Bristol.

All Teams did extremely well and the results are:-

TRINITY ROWING

Junior Boys 4th

Open Boys 5th

Open Girls Runners Up (SILVER MEDAL)

YOLE ROWING

Open Male Singles 5th

Open Female Singles Runner Up (SILVER MEDAL)

Open Mixed 4th

12 Cadets from Fishguard Took Part in a Trip and Training Exercise with Fishguard RNLI

The cadets helped rig a Breaches Bouy and various Knot Tying and then had the chance to steer.

Mayors Inauguration held at the Unit on Saturday. The Cadets and Staff did a Fantastic Job setting up

and Serving. Thank you to all, The OIC, his Wife and the Mayors Cadet for 2015 really enjoyed the Food!

It was a very successful day alround.

Cadets from West Wales this week (20th-26th June 2015) took part in training on board TS John Jerwood. The voyage was from Gosport to St Malo in France

12 Cadets in all took part including two cadets from Fishguard, Leading Cadet Charlie Mustoe and Cadet 1st Class Harry Martin gaining Offshore Power Qualifications.
