WHEN CAN YOU JOIN?

Join Stratford-upon-Avon Sea Cadets and become part of a proud tradition that stretches back to 1856. Starting as a Junior Sea Cadet at age 10, you’ll enjoy exciting activities, build confidence, and develop teamwork skills until you transition to full Sea Cadets at age 12. As a Sea Cadet, aged 12 to 18, you’ll continue to embrace the values and traditions of the Royal Navy while taking on leadership roles, gaining new skills, and having fun. It’s the perfect opportunity to grow, challenge yourself, and become part of the Sea Cadets family. Come and have a look for yourself! WHAT DOES IT COST?

Sea Cadets is inclusive and we try to keep our costs as low as possible.

Juniors pay £12 per month (you will have to purchase your uniform) and cadets are £22 per month and this includes your uniform. The only thing you have to buy are your boots.

There are charges for training courses outside of the unit, onshore and offshore training and camps but these are kept to a minimum. However there are bursaries available, please speak with the Officer in Charge or the Unit Chair in confidence.
