Queens Jubilee

Queens Jubilee

Nine Cadets from the Unit's Band had the honour of being invited to take part in a prestigious event at the Tower of London to celebrate the Queens Jubilee.  They formed part of a 60 strong Sea Cadets Massed Band made up from Cadets chosen from all over the Country to take part in the Queen's Jubilee Crystal Diamond Handover Ceremony.

LC Holly Frazer-Morris's composition "Cadets on Parade" , which won 1st Place in the 2011 National Band Competition, was part of the repertoire performed by the Massed Band at this event.

Well done to all those cadets involved and congratulations to Holly for such a fantastic honour and achievement.
