Introductory Shooting Weekend

Introductory Shooting Weekend

Our cadets joined others at Beckingham Training Camp for an introductory shooting course. Including weapon handling, safety procedures, correct cleaning and marksmanship principles. As a first for many, they did well to hit the dinner plate size targets at 300m. Despite on & off rain all cadets passed weapon handling tests & got several turns shooting. Thanks again to instructors this weekend.

HMS Sheffield Remembrance Service

T.S Sheffield cadets turned out in great numbers for the remembrance service of lives lost on HMS Sheffield during the Falklands Conflict. Parading in the city centre before the service, with so many of the public showing their support and following our cadets into the cathedral. Many thanks to all involved & efforts shown from our Royal Marine Cadets, Sea Cadets and Juniors.
