Cadets travelled to T.S. Diomede for their multiple activity weekend, with 3 cadets achieving intermediate seamanship and 5 passing basic catering! A big thanks to all cadets and staff!

This Divisions we were joined by VIPs from Doncaster Royal Marine Association. Whom, after inspections and a chat with cadets; presented our unit with a kind donation and have officially affiliated with T.S. Sheffield

Cadets from South Yorkshire took part in this months various training weekends. T.S. Diomede hosted Intermediate Seameaship, while T.S. Lightning put on boating activities, in which 100% passed. Well done & thanks to all.
Amateur Radio License
Cadets worked on their Amateur Radio License, just one of many activities T.S. Sheffield is lucky to have qualified staff for. Today covered Morse Code (transmission & translation) and operation of HF Radio.
Training Weekend
Had a good weekend at T.S. Diomede - the cadets planned their routes for their bronze Duke of Edinburgh's award and are now looking forward to completing their expeditions later in the year. Well done everybody.
