VIP Visit
This evening Stratford upon Avon Sea Cadets was visited by Ryan Ramsey who gave an insprational talk to cadets and staff.
Ryan Ramsey is a former Royal Naval Submarine Captain who had the privilege to command the Nuclear Power Attack Sumbmarine HMS TURBULENT for 3 years and led, in total, over 400 personnel on variety of covert missions and deployments world wide.
Mr Carr, Headmaster of King Edward VI School, Stratford joined Stratford Sea Cadets last night as Divisions VIP. Cadets and staff were delighted when he presented a picture of the School as a gift to the unit.

Cadets, staff and volunteers helped customers at Waitrose to pack their New Year's Eve shopping today. We raised £385 in four hours! Thank you to you all.

Cadets and staff from TS Gurkha celebrated Christmas with a traditional mess dinner. Cadets enjoyed a three course turkey meal with speeches from AC's Drinkwater and Floyd acting as Mess Presidents.
Many thanks to Jane, Jamie and Donna for cooking the fantastic meal. Thank you also to Waitrose, Morrisons and Budgens for your contributions.

On Saturday evenings during November, cadets from TS Gurkha have been developing their kayaking skills with the help of our friend at the Children Kayaking Charitable Trust in Evesham.
