Armed Forces Day!

Armed Forces Day!

The Ships Company proudly came together to support the Royal British Legion, along with other Armed Forces cadets and service members, in commemorating Armed Forces Day. This special day is dedicated to remembering the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

We took time to reflect on the tremendous sacrifices of those who came before us — the fallen heroes whose courage and dedication have shaped the freedoms we enjoy today. At the same time, we acknowledged the ongoing challenges faced by many veterans as they transition back into civilian life and cope with physical, emotional, and mental hardships.

Our gathering also aimed to raise vital funds for charities that work tirelessly to support our veterans, providing them with assistance, care, and opportunities for a better future.

It was inspiring to see members of the Ships Company, cadets, and community come together in unity and respect, honouring our Armed Forces family past and present. Together, we stand grateful and committed to supporting those who have served us all.
