TS Iron Duke was electrified by the visit of Capt Neil Downing RN, the Captain of Sea Cadets, who honored our devoted team member, Bob (Robert) Westover, with the prestigious CSC 50-year Medal!
We're forever grateful for Bob's tireless dedication and selfless contributions to our unit, and we can't wait to see the incredible impact he'll continue to make in the years to come! A massive congratulations to Bob on this phenomenal achievement, so richly deserved!
When the Captain visited TS Iron Duke, he inspected the cadets, spent some time talking to cadets and parents and then to finish off he presented the cadet awards with 4 promotions as well as a Cadet Forces Medal to one of our instructors for 12 years of service to cadets.
Very well done to all cadets and to PO (SCC) Michael Hodgson.
Congratulations to former PO Myles... now passing his ODP 2 Course at HMS Raleigh he has been appointed Sub Lt Myles RNR.
